Quality

How we work

Quality in pharmaceuticals is not a claim you make once. It is a chain of documented steps that runs from raw material to the chemist's shelf.

The chain

From ingredient to shelf.

Every Curosis product passes through the same sequence, and every stage leaves a record behind it.

01

Sourcing

Active ingredients and excipients are procured against documented specifications, with supplier records maintained for every batch.

02

Manufacturing

Products are manufactured at partner facilities working to defined process parameters for each formulation and dosage form.

03

In-process checks

Batches are monitored through production against the parameters set for that product, with deviations recorded and reviewed.

04

Batch release

No batch reaches distribution without release against its specification, with retained samples and full batch documentation.

05

Storage & dispatch

Finished goods are stored and dispatched under conditions appropriate to the formulation, including cold-chain products where required.

Dosage forms

Eleven forms, four routes.

Different routes carry different manufacturing and storage requirements. Curosis formulates across all four.
